Section 225 ILCS 422/125 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2032] Filings, formal complaints

All repossession activity correspondence relating to complaints and alleged violations of this Act shall be submitted to the Commission in writing on forms and in a manner prescribed by the Commission.
