Section 225 ILCS 412/130 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Order or certified copy as prima facie proof

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie proof:

(1) that the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ; and

(2) that the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified.
