Section 225 ILCS 411/999-5 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Effective Date

This Act takes effect March 1, 2010, except that Sections 90-25, 90-90, and 90-95 take effect March 1, 2012 and Sections 90-33, 90-57, 90-92, and 999-5 take effect upon becoming law.
