Section 225 ILCS 410/4-17 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2026] Restoration of license

At any time after the successful completion of a term of suspension or revocation of a license, the Department may restore it to the licensee, upon the written recommendation of the Board, unless the Board determines after an investigation and a hearing that restoration is not in the public interest.
