Section 225 ILCS 407/20-65 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030] Restoration of license

At any time after the suspension, revocation, or probation of any license, the Department may restore the license to the person upon the written recommendation of the Advisory Board, unless after an investigation and a hearing the Advisory Board determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
