Section 225 ILCS 407/20-110 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030] Cease and desist orders

The Department may issue a cease and desist order to a person who engages in activities prohibited by this Act. Any person in violation of a cease and desist order issued by the Department is subject to all of the penalties provided by law.
