Section 225 ILCS 407/20-100 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030] Violations

A person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class 4 felony for the second and any subsequent offense.
