Section 225 ILCS 235/3.13 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 12/31/2029]

"Non-commercial Structural Pest Control Location" means any location from which a person, who is not engaged in commercial structural pest control, performs structural pest control activities which are confined to structures directly associated with the activity, business, product or service of such person.
