Section 225 ILCS 235/3.03 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 12/31/2029]

"Person" means any individual, group of individuals, association, trust, partnership, corporation, person doing business under an assumed name, the State of Illinois, or department thereof, any other state-owned and operated institution, public school, licensed day care center, or any other entity.
