Section 225 ILCS 217/110 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Surrender of License

Upon the suspension or revocation of a license issued under this Act, a licensee shall surrender the license to the State Fire Marshal and, upon failure to do so, the State Fire Marshal shall seize the same.
