Section 225 ILCS 210/2001 - Unlicensed Activity; Non-residents

No person shall acquire, possess, use, transfer, or dispose of explosive materials unless licensed by the Department except as provided under Section 1005 or 2000 of this Act and the Pyrotechnic Distributor and Operator Licensing Act.
