Section 225 ILCS 203/20 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Board members' liability exemptions

A board member shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, decisions, or any other conduct in connection with his or her duties on the Board, except those involving willful, wanton, or intentional misconduct.
