Section 225 ILCS 729/100 - [Section scheduled to be repealed 1/1/2027] Criminal penalties

A person who violates any of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent offense.
