Section 225 ILCS 705/2.16 - Rules; Illinois Administrative Procedure Act

The Mining Board may adopt rules necessary for or incidental to the performance of duties or execution of powers conferred under this Act in accordance with provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
