Section 225 ILCS 85/35.13 - [Section Scheduled to be repealed 1/1/2028] Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie proof that:

(a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ;

(b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
