Section 225 ILCS 80/26.9 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Substantial justice; rehearing

Whenever the Secretary is satisfied that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation, suspension or refusal to issue or renew a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or another hearing officer or by the Board.
