Section 225 ILCS 80/23 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Practice by corporations

No license shall be issued by the Department to any corporation that (i) has a stated purpose that includes, or (ii) practices or holds itself out as available to practice, optometry or any of the functions described in Section 3 of the Act.
