Section 225 ILCS 75/19.16 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Criminal penalties

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
