Section 225 ILCS 65/70-150 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2028] Criminal Penalties

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense, the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
