Section 225 ILCS 65/70-120 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Order of SecretaryAn order regarding any disciplinary action or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie evidence that:
