Section 225 ILCS 64/165 - [Section Scheduled to Repealed 1/1/2027] Violation

Any person who is found to have knowingly violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
