Section 225 ILCS 60/64 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Sexually Transmitted Infection Control Act

No licensee under this Act may be disciplined for providing expedited partner therapy in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Sexually Transmitted Infection Control Act.
