Section 225 ILCS 51/130 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Order or certified copy

An order or a certified copy of an order, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie proof that:

(1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ;

(2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(3) the Board and its members are qualified to act.

This proof may be rebutted.
