Section 225 ILCS 5/34 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2026] Persons currently practicing

Any person currently holding an active Illinois license as an athletic trainer on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly shall be considered licensed under this Act.

Applications for a license under this Section must be made within 180 days from the effective date of this Act.
