Section 225 ILCS 5/23 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2026] Rehearing

Whenever the Secretary is satisfied that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation or suspension of a license or refusal to issue or renew a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other examiners.
