Section 225 ILCS 41/15-41 - [Section Scheduled to be repealed 1/1/2028] Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, is prima facie proof that:

(1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary;

(2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(3) the Board and the members of the Board are qualified to act.
