Section 225 ILCS 41/15-105 - [Section Scheduled to be repealed 1/1/2028] Civil Administrative Code

The Department shall exercise the powers and duties prescribed by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois and shall exercise all other powers and duties set forth in this Code.
