Section 225 ILCS 37/90 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Rehearing

Whenever the Secretary is not satisfied that substantial justice has been done in the revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other examiners.
