Section 225 ILCS 37/110 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] License surrender

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
