Section 225 ILCS 37/100 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Order or certified copy

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie proof that:

(1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ;

(2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(3) the Board and its members are qualified to act.
