Section 225 ILCS 2/210 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Violations; penalties

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
