Section 225 ILCS 2/190 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Surrender of license

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license , the licensee shall immediately surrender the license certificate to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license certificate.
