Section 225 ILCS 15/21.2 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Surrender of license

Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender his or her license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
