Section 225 ILCS 135/155 - [Effective 1/1/2025] [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030] Surrender of license

Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
