Section 225 ILCS 312/85 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Compliance

It shall be the responsibility of individuals, firms, or companies licensed as described in this Act to ensure that installation or service and maintenance of elevators and devices described in Section 10 of this Act is performed in compliance with the provisions contained in this Act .
