Section 225 ILCS 312/50 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Qualifications for elevator inspector's license(a) No inspector's license shall be granted to any person who has not paid the required application fee.(b) No inspector's license shall be granted to any person, unless he or she has been certified as meeting the requirements of ASME QEI-1 by a nationally or internationally recognized independent organization concerned with personnel certification .Amended by P.A. 098-1090,§ 5, eff. 1/1/2015.Amended by P.A. 094-0698, § 5, eff. 11/22/2005.
