Section 220 ILCS 5/13-303.5 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 12/31/2026] Injunctive relief

If, after a hearing, the Commission determines that a telecommunications carrier has violated this Act or a Commission order or rule, any telecommunications carrier adversely affected by the violation may seek injunctive relief in circuit court.
