Section 215 ILCS 5/356z.61 - (Text of Section from P.A. 103-91) Coverage for compression sleeves

A group or individual policy of accident and health insurance or a managed care plan that is amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2025 shall provide coverage for compression sleeves that is medically necessary for the enrollee to prevent or mitigate lymphedema.
