Section 210 ILCS 85/6.11

In licensing any hospital which provides for the diagnosis, care or treatment for persons suffering from mental or emotional disorders or for persons with intellectual disabilities , the Department shall consult with the Department of Human Services in developing standards for and evaluating the psychiatric programs of such hospitals.
