Section 210 ILCS 47/3-606 - Waiver of Resident's Right to Bring Action Prohibited

Any waiver by a resident or his or her legal representative of the right to commence an action under Sections 3-601 through 3-607, whether oral or in writing, shall be null and void, and without legal force or effect.
