Section 210 ILCS 47/3-416 - Transfer or Discharge by Department; Likelihood of Serious Harm

In deciding to transfer or discharge a resident from a facility under Section 3-415, the Department shall consider the likelihood of serious harm which may result if the resident remains in the facility.
