Section 205 ILCS 670/18.5 - Incentives

A licensee may pay money or any other thing of value to any person as an incentive or inducement to apply for a loan, to borrow money, or to refer potential borrowers to the licensee. The Department may by rule place reasonable limits on such incentives or inducements.
