Section 310 ILCS 126/20 - (Section scheduled to be repealed 4/1/2025) Affordable multifamily rental housing gap financing

Where a qualified development has been awarded a federal tax credit, the recipient may request additional gap financing under this grant program as the Authority deems appropriate. Through the program, the Authority shall provide grants with no expectation of repayment.
