Section 420 ILCS 40/44 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Protection of powers

The powers, duties and functions vested in the Agency under the provisions of this Act shall not be construed to affect in any manner the powers, duties, and functions vested in the Agency under any other provisions of law.
