Section 420 ILCS 40/19 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027]

The Agency shall institute or cause to be instituted in the circuit court proceedings to compel compliance with the provisions of this Act or codes, rules, regulations or orders issued pursuant thereto.
