Section 410 ILCS 18/92 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Consent Order

At any point in any investigation or disciplinary proceedings as provided in this Act, both parties may agree to a negotiated consent order. The consent order shall be final upon signature of the Comptroller .
