Section 410 ILCS 620/21.1

The Director shall, in accordance with this Act, promulgate rules and standards for manufactured dairy farms, manufactured dairy plants, bulk milk hauler-samplers, bulk milk pickup tanks, certified pasteurizer sealers, and manufactured dairy products.
