"Revenue bond" means any bond issued by the District the principal and interest of which bond is payable solely from revenues or income derived from ports, harbors, airports, airfields, terminals, port facilities, terminal facilities, aquariums, museums, planetariums, climatrons or any other building or facility of the District.
