The board of commissioners of such park district shall give notice of the referendum as required by the general election law. The proposition shall be in the following form:
------------------------------------------------------------------------ Proposed conveyance of (here describe the lands to YES be conveyed) to the city of -------------------------------------- .... for park, playground and NO neighborhood center purposes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
