Section 70 ILCS 200/45-10 - Creation of Authority(a) The Cave in Rock Township Civic Center Authority is created as a political subdivision, body politic, and municipal corporation in the metropolitan area.(b) The principal office of the Authority shall be in Cave in Rock Township.
